My name is Wayne Hooper, currently a manager who is passionate about the application of learning to the betterment of myself and others.

I’ve worked in various roles within my career, centered on the tech space specifically. My years of tenure as a manager has allowed me to help develop not only people, teams and systems. This has helped not only individuals and teams be successful but the business as a whole all backed up with proven results.

I believe in constantly learning and expanding my thoughts. Allowing me to consider different approaches and importantly apply these to the situation. I then look to refine, cutting away what I don’t need to ensure I’m applying the best.

This space is to share these lessons, not just mine but others also.
